We offer you a wide range of regular workshops, which represent an important offer of free and permanent training in different circus techniques. They take place between October and May and are organized quarterly although we promote the continuity of students between terms.

Vertical
Workshop aimed at those who are interested in the work of verticals, level initiation or intermediate. Learn the daily work of a discipline, defeating daily exhaustion. The work will begin with intense physical warming to make way for discipline.

Specific stretches, flexibility and bodybuilding, body placement, base acrobatics, flips, vertical flip, fifths, wheels, flic-flacs, mortals, basic jumps that we learn through educational exercises with specific materials and Safety.

Fixed trapeze
The objective is to know the basic elements that make up the discipline. Special attention is paid to acquiring skills that allow access to classic trapeze figures with an initial training level and injury-free work. The class follows the following scheme: Muscle and joint heating in the ground, heating in the bar, development of contents, stretching and relaxation.

Double trapeze
Aimed at both students who want to get started in trapezium doubles, as well as couples who want to improve their level in this technique. In this course we will learn the basic positions of portor/agile work, static figures and dynamic exercises, transitions, links, physical preparation and health work. Basic knowledge of aerial techniques and coming as a portor/agile couple is recommended.
