The goal of this class
- To learn how to juggle and manipulate objects. The class will teach from beginner to intermediate. If students are advanced, they can learn some advanced tricks.
- To learn a choreography with the techniques learnt and give the path for each one to create their own choreography or keep investigating in that art. Class will develop skills of Maths, physics, and techniques for different juggling skills or purposes. We will start educative movements to achieve the results. From siteswaps to bodythrows, balance, anti spin or contact tricks, etc…
- The term of this class will be focused on student’s development to discover that way of art and curiosity they want to develop in joy and better results. All of our exercises are really good for the brain, grey substance, coordination, calculus, peripheric vision and focus.

Basic Improv Skills class
Basic improv is learning to say yes to situations presented by a scene partner or team, continuing a scene, trusting yourself and your partner to sustain what is happening, and basic performance skills.

Hello! My name is Spencer Androli. I have been juggling for 12 years and I have won several juggling competitions with the World Juggling Federation and have broken 8 world records. I have passion for teaching juggling, and I love helping people learn and make progress. I have personally coached jugglers from all over the world helping them progress to new levels. Juggling has been proven to be both beneficial in developing the neuropathways of the brain which stretches cognitive ability as well as being a relaxing and therapeutic exercise which brings about self-fulfillment. In my class, you will learn the foundational elements of juggling and how to do it. The classes I will teach will both benefit new jugglers and beginners as well intermediate and advanced jugglers. I will emphasize good technique and world class advice in order to bring about progress in your juggling. The price per class is $30. You will need to get your own set of 3 juggling balls to start. Wednesday 6pm-7pm EST

Ross is a circus performer and instructor from the UK. He has performed and taught throughout his own country and many others, including the USA, over the course of many years in the profession. He will be working remotely with the students via video call on a number of different circus skills. Plus some work on stagecraft with a view to being able to perform your own routines by the end of the 3 month course.

Learn to Juggle Improve your hand eye coordination while learning some cool party tricks. We will cover the basics of juggling and aim to work our way towards the 3 ball cascade and beyond. Equipment needed: 3 balls; preferably juggling balls but any tennis balls or similar sized ones will do (although juggling balls will make it much easier!).
